Royal138 Terms & Conditions – Official Rules of Malaysia's Betting Platform

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and phrases carry the meanings as defined:

• "Member" / "User" refers to any individual who has registered an account and is using Royal138's services.
• "Account" refers to the personal account created by a member during the registration process at Royal138.

• "Approved Payment Method" at Royal138 refers exclusively to Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, ShopeePay, DuitNow, and FPX (Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks).

To be eligible to register and use Royal138's services, you must meet all of the following requirements:

• Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

• Registering only a single account on Royal138 using accurate and truthful personal information.

During the Royal138 account registration process, you agree to:

• Keeping your account information up to date whenever changes occur to ensure it remains accurate and current.
• Keep your account username and password confidential and do not disclose them to any other party.
• Notify Royal138 immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation.

Royal138 reserves the right to verify information provided by members at any time. Failure to submit requested verification documents within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension until verification is complete, or account termination in certain cases.

Royal138 accepts deposits via the following payment methods only:

All deposits must be made using an account or wallet registered in the Royal138 member's name. Royal138 does not accept third-party deposits. Deposits received from unrecognised sources will be returned, and processing fees may apply.

• Royal138 is not liable for any deposit delays caused by third-party system failures, such as those of e-wallets or banks.
• All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM) only.
• Royal138 reserves the right to limit the maximum deposit amount within any given period at the platform's discretion.

Royal138 members may withdraw funds from their account subject to the following conditions:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is RM30 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes across all supported Malaysian payment methods.
• Withdrawals may only be made to the same account or wallet used for the deposit, for identity verification and fraud prevention purposes.

All sports betting at Royal138 — including football (Malaysia Super League, EPL), badminton (BWF), cricket (IPL, T20, ODI), esports (MPL Malaysia), and all other sports — is subject to the following rules:

• The minimum stake for most markets is RM5 and the maximum depends on the market type and match category.
• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be amended or cancelled except through the Cash Out function (where available for that bet).
• If a match is postponed or delayed by more than 12 hours from the original scheduled time, all pre-match bets will be voided and stakes returned.
• For matches decided using the Duckworth-Lewis-Stern (DLS) method, such as in ODI cricket, the DLS result is final for bet settlement purposes.
• Royal138 reserves the right to void bets placed at odds that are clearly erroneous due to a technical error. Affected members will be notified and their stake returned in full.
• Live betting is subject to real-time odds availability. Royal138 is not liable for any streaming delays that may affect live betting decisions.

All casino games at Royal138 — including Baccarat, Blackjack, Roulette, Dragon Tiger, and all slots — are operated in accordance with the following rules:

• All casino games use a Random Number Generator (RNG) that has been certified by independent international auditing bodies to ensure fairness.
• In the event of a technical interruption during a Live Casino game, Royal138 will review the recording and resolve the round in accordance with the applicable game rules.
• Minimum and maximum bets for each casino game are set by the game provider and displayed within the game interface.
• Royal138 reserves the right to restrict access to certain games for members found to be employing prohibited strategies, such as excessive bonus hunting.
• Winnings from casino games played using bonus funds are subject to applicable rollover requirements before any withdrawal can be made.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Royal138 platform and may result in immediate account suspension or termination:

• Opening or operating more than one Royal138 account (multi-accounting).
• Using bots, automated scripts, or any tools that automate actions within the platform.
• Manipulating or attempting to manipulate the outcome of any game or bet by any means.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate casino games.

Royal138 reserves the right to suspend or terminate any member's account for the following reasons:

• Violation of any terms within this Terms & Conditions document.
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or the verification process.
• Failure to submit the requested identity verification documents within the stipulated timeframe.
• Detection of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful activity.
• Upon request by the relevant authorities or law enforcement agencies.
• At the member's own request (voluntary closure) via the self-exclusion feature or by contacting customer support.

In the event of account termination for reasons unrelated to fraud, any valid account balance (excluding bonuses) will be returned to the member upon completion of the review. This process may take up to 14 business days.
