We are more than just another betting platform. Royal138 was born from a desire to deliver a casino and sports betting experience that is truly built for Malaysians — safe, transparent, easy to use, and always there for you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
"We started with one simple goal — build a betting platform that Malaysians can trust completely. A platform that speaks the same language, accepts the same payment methods, and understands the same sports as you do."
Every great company starts from something small. So does Royal138. In 2018, a group of young Malaysians who grew up with a passion for sport — football, badminton, and cricket — realised that Malaysian players had no betting platform truly built for them.
Most platforms available at the time were in English or other foreign languages, accepted payment methods rarely used in Malaysia, and had no understanding of the local sports and leagues Malaysians actually care about. That was the gap the founders of Royal138.
With limited starting capital but boundless drive, the founding team Royal138 set out to build the platform from the ground up — putting the Malaysian user experience first, accepting Touch 'n Go and GrabPay from day one, and providing full customer support in Bahasa Malaysia.
Our Mission: To be the most trusted, most accessible, and most user-friendly online casino and Sports Betting platform for Malaysians — with zero compromise on safety, fairness, and transparency.
Why Over 500,000 Malaysian Players Trust Royal138
Every feature we build serves one purpose — to deliver the best possible experience for Malaysian players.
There is one thing we always remind the entire team Royal138 from day one right up to today — our players are more than just numbers in a system. They are football fans who set early alarms to catch EPL matches on cold English winter mornings. They are badminton supporters on the edge of their seats watching Lee Zii Jia battle it out in the All England final. They are young enthusiasts who follow every MPL Malaysia match with unwavering passion.
Understanding this context is essential for us to build a product that is genuinely useful and enjoyable, not merely functional. This is why Royal138 invest heavily in the small details others might overlook — such as ensuring Malaysian league and team names are spelled correctly, providing match statistics in context that is relevant to Malaysian players, and making sure our platform interface is genuinely easy to navigate even for first-time users who have never placed a bet before.
One aspect we are particularly proud of is our Royal138 for responsible gambling. We believe betting should be a healthy source of entertainment — not a cause of stress or financial difficulty. That is why we provide comprehensive self-management tools within the platform: daily and weekly deposit limits, betting limits, usage notifications, and the option to take a break from the platform for a duration you set yourself.
Royal138's Vision: To be the most trusted and most beloved online entertainment platform for Malaysians — where every player feels valued, secure, and gets the best value for every ringgit they invest.
When it comes to security and fairness, Royal138 makes absolutely no compromises. All our casino games use a random number generator (RNG) that has been verified by independent international auditing bodies. This means every slot spin, every blackjack hand, and every roulette ball in play is genuinely random and cannot be manipulated by any party — including Royal138 yourself.
For Sports Betting, the odds offered by Royal138 calculated using transparent statistical models that are continuously updated with the latest information — player injury news, team line-ups, weather conditions, and recent match records. We do not unilaterally "lock" odds to favour the platform — fairness in odds is a core principle of how we operate.
Going forward, Royal138 is committed to growing alongside the Malaysian player community. We are working on several new features that will give players even greater control — including a personal analytics dashboard, smart odds notifications, and a more personalised rewards system. All of this is part of our ongoing effort to ensure Royal138 remains the first-choice platform for Malaysian players for years to come.
